View east from Kohala Road (street no longer exists) in the middle of war worker public housing, the Thirteen Colonies, between 18th & 19th Streets toward the intersection of 18th and Arkansas. Later the site of Potrero Hill Junior High School, Enola Maxwell Middle School, and SF International High School. The ditch of the Western Pacific Railroad tracks is just visible between the housing and the street.
