Aftermath of the collision between a Sacramento Short Line train and Key System train. Heading for the Key System Pier on a rainy Thursday morning about 1200 feet from the underpass the Sacramento train rear-ended and telescoped into the stopped 4 car Key System train killing 10 people onboard and injuring 45 on the morning of December 4, 1924
