Union City Apr 1958

View northerly from Union City Boulevard (then Marsh Road) near Silvertide Drive. Flooding just south of Alvarado. Heavy rains led to a levee break which flooded the road. This area now largely developed. Smokestack of the Holly Sugar refinery in the distance.
