Emeryville 1937

Key System Yard, near 40th Street and San Pablo, Key System Bridge Unit cars just after delivery from Bethlehem Steel. Bethlehem built only the frames and some electrical parts, Key System Shops built out the rest which explains the lack of windows and more.
