San Mateo 1906

Market Street Railway (MSRy) Elkton Shops, Interurban streetcar 'Big Sub' #4 at the terminal on B Street, San Mateo, prior to the installation of the Eclipse Fender in 1909. . Arriving in 1906 post-earthquake, the Big Subs were retired in 1923 and stored at 24th Street car house until the 1930s when they were all burned at Elkton Shops
