Folsom near 26th circa 1938

View northeast across Folsom between 26th Street and Army (now Cesar Chavez). Market Street Railway (MSRy) 36-Line streetcar #746 passing the original Cogswell College building on the east side of Folsom. (another building had been built on the west side of Folsom in 1916). The original building (and the rest of the block) was demolished in 1941 to make way for a low cost housing project.
