People standing in the street.1976 Reprint][Burning of the Call Building - The call Building , Third and Market, is SF's tallest at 18 stories. The fire in the dome has just begun. Flames enterd the building through a tunnel of a nearby poweer house, then roared up through the elevator shaft with explosive force. The Call's neighbors, (left to right) the Palace Hotel, Monadnock Building, and Hearst Building will meet a similar fate within hours.]
